Each and every item that is available for sale on The Luxury Hut is meticulously checked to ensure both authenticity and accuracy. Every item priced over £300 comes with its own insurance valuation certificate and presentation box.
The Luxury Hut offers a 14-day hassle free returns policy on all items except those that have been personalised for you.
To return an item back to The Luxury Hut, you must inform us within 14 days of your intention to return, either via email or phone in the same condition as it was received.
Once a return has been requested, The Luxury Hut will issue you with an RMA number and the returns address, it is your responsibility you enclose your RMA number within your return otherwise we may be unable to process your return.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and contents. You must ensure that it is adequately packaged for return back to us. We recommend you return items back to us using tracked delivery with adequate insurance.
Returns are borne by the customer unless an item is faulty or misdescribed.
All returns will be processed within 3-5 working days, with payment being refunded back to the original form of payment.
